Maximum Boot Camp Presents: M.X.I.®

Maximum Xtreme Intensity (M.X.I.®) is what Maximum Boot Camp® Outdoor Fitness Program is all about. The M.X.I.® Training System was designed to help clients lose weight, burn fat, and build lean muscle. In short, the M.X.I.® Training System elicits the greatest results possible in the least amount of time. M.X.I.® is a specialized form of a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT for short) that Adam Kalt created and perfected.
HIIT is a form of training designed to burn calories in shorter, more intense workouts. HIIT workouts not only burn more calories than standard workouts, but they have also been shown to increase your resting metabolic rate for a full 24 hours AFTER you are done exercising. This means you will continue to burn calories well after the workout has been completed.
M.X.I.® takes the HIIT model, and then, utilizing a combination of Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Drills, Plyometrics, and Core Training, provides you with the definitive boot camp style workout and the best way to train if you want serious results!
M.X.I.® Circuits – BURN FAT, BUILD MUSCLE

Instead of doing a stand-alone resistance training workout, or a stand-alone cardio workout (as many other fitness programs do), Adam combines both training modules in fast-paced, exciting, high intensity intervals. Then, he takes everything one step further by keeping rest time at a MINIMUM to keep calorie burning at a MAXIMUM! Clients build lean muscle and burn fat at a faster rate than any other program available.
M.X.I.® Storm – Ultimate Muscle Shocking Technique

Most people go in the gym and do the same thing each and every time out, causing them to hit the plateaus that many of you are probably familiar with. With M.X.I.® Storm, Adam keeps your body guessing, preventing you from getting used to the workouts you are doing. This keeps you from hitting plateaus and it keeps the workouts fresh and engaging. Then, combining M.X.I.® Circuits with M.X.I.® Storm, Adam creates the ultimate synergistic training method to help you achieve the results you have always wanted.
M.X.I.® Burnout – Transform Your Body into a Fat Shredder

The M.X.I.® Burnout is a technique created by Adam to turn up the intensity during a workout at any given moment! The M.X.I.® Burnout breaks down those extra muscle fibers and burns a ton of calories! The M.X.I.® Burnout lasts anywhere from 3-6 minutes and encourages you to turn things up another notch!
M.X.I.® Core – The Final Ingredient for Success

M.X.I.® Core is one of the most popular features of the Maximum Boot Camp® Program and is a staple of each and every Maximum Boot Camp® workout. In fact, the final 10 minutes of every Maximum Boot Camp® workout is dedicated to M.X.I.® Core, meaning exercises and movements designed to strengthen and challenge your abdominals, lower back, and obliques. Just like everything else at Maximum Boot Camp®, we will push you to your limits! M.X.I.® Core will help you to develop better posture, avoid injuries, and along with proper nutrition, will help you to develop a leaner, more defined waistline!
