It’s what we do. Maximum Boot Camp® is efficient. Simply put, Adam Kalt created the Maximum Boot Camp® Outdoor Fitness Program with one thing in mind: RESULTS. Clients burn fat, build lean muscle, lose inches, and lose weight faster than any program around. You will train hard. You will bring intensity. You will give us everything you have each class. In turn, we will be there with you the whole way. It is as simple as that.

Maximum Boot Camp® Workouts

Our 60 Minute workouts elevate your heart rate, burn a ton of calories, and build lean muscle. Our trainers create a motivating, results oriented atmosphere that pushes you to be your best. Here are some of the various aspects of the Maximum Boot Camp® Program.
CARDIOVASCULAR DRILLS: High intensity stationary drills along with sprinting, running, jogging, or power walking depending on fitness levels
RESISTANCE TRAINING: Pushups, Squats, Rows, along with a whole slew of other exercises
CORE: Planks, Crunches, Supermans, and other exercises to strengthen your Abdominals, Obliques, and Lower Back
PLYOMETRICS: Jump Squats, Squat Thrusts, High Knees, and other high intensity plyometric exercises designed to push you to the limit. For clients who are beginners, or due to injuries are unable to do plyometrics, we provide ample modifications.
Clients are required to bring an Exercise Mat (NOT a Yoga Mat) and a pair of dumbbells (5lb for women and 10lb for men) to each class.
Maximum Boot Camp® Nutrition Program

Beyond a fantastic resistance training and cardiovascular training program, in order to be successful in any fitness program, whether your goal is to lose weight, gain lean muscle, lose body fat, increase your level of physical conditioning, or any other goal you may have, it is imperative that you follow an excellent Nutrition Program. Ignoring this crucial element is a major mistake that many people make.
Knowing this, we provide you with an excellent resource, the EnergyFirst® Nutrition Guidebook. Our Nutrition Guidebook teaches you everything you need to know about proper nutrition, such as what foods to be eating, shopping tips and cooking tips, foods you need to avoid, in addition to a multitude of other topics over the course of 230 pages of easy to digest (pun intended) information for anyone looking to get in fantastic shape.
