Welcome to Santa Monica! Our Santa Monica Outdoor Personal Training Program is designed to get you in fantastic shape as quickly as possible.  If you prefer Indoor Training, check out our Los Angeles Indoor Personal Training Program.

Are you interested in working with a trainer, but prefer to do so in a one-on-one or two-on-one environment? Adam Kalt, Founder of Maximum Boot Camp, is ready to work directly with you to help you achieve all of your Fitness Goals.

• Adam Kalt is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

• Adam Kalt believes in FORM FIRST. This means he believes in SAFE training, and will never look to have you do exercises or movements you are not ready for. Unlike MANY personal trainers and fitness professionals out there, Adam understands how important it is to execute movements with precision. This means better results and better longevity in your training. Working hard and pushing yourself to the max is important. Working SMART is even more important!

• Adam Kalt has dealt with numerous injuries himself and has gone through the rehab process for them. These include knee injuries, shoulder injuries, and hand injuries. Dealing with these injuries personally makes Adam that much more capable of working with clients who are coming out of rehab and dealing with these injuries now, or clients who have dealt with these injuries in the past and as a result, need to make sure they keep them in mind during their training sessions. Although Adam has never personally dealt with the issue himself, he has also had experience working with clients who have had back injuries.

• Adam Kalt truly cares about each of his clients and is determined to do whatever it takes to help them achieve their goals; for Adam, this is not a job, this is his life. Adam is always available by email or by phone. Your relationship with Adam doesn’t end when your session is over.

How much do the Training Sessions Cost?

One-on-One Training 

Initial Consultation – $20

This is where Adam gets to meet with you to discuss your goals and get a better idea of your current fitness level by taking you through some basic exercises, to determine your strength, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, and flexibility. If you have signed up for Training with Adam, he will also perform a Fitness Assessment consisting of Weight, Body Fat, and Circumference Tape Measurements.

Personal Training Sessions:

3x per week – $70 per session

2x per week – $75 per session

1x per week – $80 per session

For all of the programs above, the client will train with Adam for the number of days selected per week. Adam will schedule your sessions in advance in order to reserve your time slot. Payments are to be made up front for the month. If requested, Adam is flexible and can break the payments up if necessary.

Please note, you are more than welcome to just pay for one session (rate would be $80) to give it a try before committing to a full program.

 

Partner Training (Two-on-One)

Initial Consultation – $20 per person

This is where Adam gets to meet with both of you to discuss your goals and get a better idea of your current fitness levels by taking you through some basic exercises, to determine your strength, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, and flexibility. If you have signed up for Training with Adam, he will also perform a Fitness Assessment consisting of Weight, Body Fat, and Circumference Tape Measurements.

Partner Training Sessions: $45 per person

The Partner Training Sessions are purchased in 8 session packages. Adam will schedule your sessions in advance in order to reserve your time slot. Payments are preferred to be made up front for the 8 session package. If requested, Adam is flexible and can break the payments up if necessary. Please note that if one person cancels, the session will need to be rescheduled.

Please note, you are more than welcome to just pay for one session (rate would be $45 per person) to give it a try before committing to a full program.
