Adam is the founder of Maximum Boot Camp®, and the creator of the M.X.I.® (Maximum Xtreme Intensity) Training System.  With his extremely positive attitude, his incredible enthusiasm, and his belief in No Nonsense Motivation!®, he has helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals.  Adam has been involved in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years, Adam is a graduate of Boston College, and is recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).

MIGUEL GONZALEZ

Miguel is a National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer. Miguel is a lover of all sports.  He is an accomplished tennis player, enjoys playing club soccer and currently participates in 5 and 10K runs.  Being fit and living a healthy lifestyle are both important aspects of life for Miguel. He has helped clients lose body fat, build muscle mass, increase endurance and have a better self-image.  Miguel is proud to be part of the Maximum Boot Camp® Team and can’t wait to help you accomplish and surpass your goals!

 

 


Redondo Beach TrainersJACLYN GALLIGAN

Jaclyn Galligan is a National Strength and Conditioning Association – Certified Personal Trainer.  A former member Field Hockey team at Springfield College (Mass) where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Jaclyn has been active for the majority of her life.  While at SC she was named the Strength and Conditioning Lifter of the Year her freshman year and earned both conference and regional honors during her field hockey career.  After college Jaclyn competed in an amateur bodybuilding competition and trained both muay thai and jiu jitsu while living in Massachusetts.  She has experience coaching field hockey, high school strength and conditioning, 1-1 personal training and group exercise classes as well as cardiac rehabilitation.  Her career in Corporate Wellness & Fitness brought her out to California where she is enjoying new beach activities and workouts such as beach volleyball and Maximum Boot Camp®!

I made the summit of Mt. Whitney, and the way I describe it to friends was a "piece of cake". One of my climbing buddies had a "melt down" and really struggled but made it, while the other one who was doing one of these DVD workouts at home, quit at 12,000 ft. - Steve T.
