Q: How is Maximum Boot Camp® different from all the other boot camps I have looked at?

A: The M.X.I.® (Maximum Xtreme Intensity) Training System is an exclusive method we use to get the best results possible.  With the M.X.I.® Training System, we have created the ultimate blend of cardiovascular and lean muscle building activity to get you the toned, lean body you are looking for. We keep your heart rate elevated so that we are burning calories and building lean muscle at the same time, and we completely shake things up each and every time out to make sure you are always challenged, always working hard, and always getting results.

In addition to our incredible Training System, we also provide you with a phenomenal nutrition program.  So often, this crucial ingredient to great results is overlooked.  At Maximum Boot Camp® we provide you with a top notch Nutrition Guidebook, which gives you all the information you need to know in order to get the results you are seeking.

Q: How long is a session of Maximum Boot Camp®?

A: Maximum Boot Camp® Sessions run for 4 weeks, although clients have the option of signing up for a 4 week program, a 12 week, or a 24 week program.

Q: If I sign up for the program, am I allowed to switch class times or days?

A: Yes and we pride ourselves on our flexibility when it comes to our clients’ schedules.

Q: What type of people can I expect to meet at Maximum Boot Camp®?

A: Honestly, people just like you. People who want to get in great shape, people who are looking to turn up the heat on their workouts, and people looking to meet other people. We have clients of all fitness levels. From beginners to advanced, we take everyone and challenge them to the highest degree.

Q: What is a typical day of Maximum Boot Camp® like?

A: Every day is different. We change things up constantly so you never get bored and so we can keep your body guessing. This is our M.X.I.® Storm technique. You will do various cardiovascular drills and high intensity activities such as plyometrics to burn calories, lots of resistance training to build lean muscle and plenty of core work.  In fact, each Maximum Boot Camp Workout ends with our M.X.I.® Core Training, designed to strengthen your abs, lower back, and obliques.  The bottom line is what we do WORKS. PERIOD.

Q: Will I be sore?

A: Yup. No avoiding this one. The first week will be the toughest. After that, you will acclimate to the program a bit, so you won’t feel as sore throughout the remaining three weeks.  Just so you know, we warm-up, stretch, and cool-down to help minimize the soreness.

Q: When will I start seeing results?

A: After the first week, you will start to feel better. More energy, better sense of well-being, etc. Then with each passing week your body fat will decrease, you will become leaner and firmer, and you will notice increased muscle tone. The key here is to make sure you are eating clean and following the rules of our excellent nutritional program.

Q: What items will I have to purchase?

A: All you need is a pair of 5-10 lb dumbbells, an exercise mat (we recommend mats to be anywhere from 1/4 inch to 5/8 inch thick, so thin yoga mats are not recommended), a good pair of cross training type sneakers, and water.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: No, we don’t offer refunds. However, if you miss time due to a family/medical emergency, we will of course credit that time towards a future boot camp session once you are able to return.  There is no monetary refund and this is non-negotiable.

Q: What is your freeze policy?

A: Every client on a 3 month or 6 month program receives a complimentary 2 week freeze (which can be broken up into two 1 week freezes), if they need it.  At the end of the freeze, automatic billing will resume.  After the initial term of the agreement (either 3 months or 6 months depending on the program), clients can freeze the program at any time for $10 per week, which is paid in advance, based on the number of weeks they wish to freeze the program.  We ask for two weeks notice for any freezes, so that we can have time to process requests.  If there is a family emergency, medical emergency, or injury that prevents you from attending, your program will be frozen at no cost until you are able to return.

Q: Do we still work out when it is raining?

A: Absolutely! Rain or shine, we are working out! We get the job done regardless of the weather! In fact, on the rare occasion that it rains, many of our clients enjoy the extreme atmosphere.

Q: What happens when the 4 week session ends?

A: If you are signed up on our 3 month or 6 month programs, you will continue to train with our team and achieve fantastic results.  If you are signed up for our 4 week program, then you will most likely find yourself in the 80% of those who return for another session. As you will soon find out, Maximum Boot Camp® can become quite addicting.

Q: I am a bit concerned. I have not exercised in a long time and/or am not that fit. Is Maximum Boot Camp® the right program for me? Do I need to get in shape BEFORE starting this program?

A: Anyone can do our program. That is the beauty of it. Beginners are welcome. Intermediates fitness levels are welcome. Advanced athletes are welcome. With our trademark techniques and training methods (M.X.I.® Circuits, M.X.I.® Storm, M.X.I.® Burnout, M.X.I.® Core) we challenge all fitness levels.

Q: I know you have Beginners in the program, but I consider myself pretty advanced. Will this program challenge me?

A: In a word, YES!  We have been told repeatedly by some of our most advanced clients that this is the toughest program they have ever done. Trust me, this isn’t hype. This is the real deal.

Q: Is this the type of boot camp where the trainers are yelling at the clients and getting in their faces?

A: DEFINITELY NOT! First off, we are NOT a Military Style Boot Camp. Secondly, we are about MOTIVATION, not intimidation. Will you work hard? YES. Will we push you to the MAX? YES. Will this be the toughest workout that you have ever done? YES. Will we demand the best from you? YES. No Yelling. No Screaming. Just a lot of INTENSITY and NO NONSENSE MOTIVATION!®
